Qualifying Purchaser

To qualify for a rebate, an electricity consumer must meet the following criteria:

Must be a Malaysian citizen. Must make purchase within one month from the date of voucher printed.
Must purchase a new 5-Star rated refrigerator and/or air conditioner as listed on this website Must submit a copy of utility bill and identification card (IC) to the retailer on the date of the appliance purchase, including proof of purchase.

Must satisfy the following conditions of the SAVE program as illustrated below:

PENINSULAR MALAYSIA
Refrigerator
Open to domestic consumers registered with Tenaga Nasional Berhad on a first-come, first-served basis 

Air Conditioner
Open to domestic consumers registered with Tenaga Nasional Berhad on a first-come, first-served basis

 SARAWAK, SABAH & LABUAN
Refrigerator
Open to domestic consumers registered with Sabah Electricity Sdn. Bhd. or Syarikat SESCO Bhd. on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Air Conditioner
Open to domestic consumers registered with Sabah Electricity Sdn. Bhd. or Syarikat SESCO Bhd. on a first-come, first-served basis.

Purchase Restrictions
Rebate vouchers are limited to one appliance of each category per individual. Identification Card (IC), electricity bill and electricity account number will be verified for eligibility by the individual’s utility company through the online rebate website.
Rebate vouchers will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rebate vouchers used outside the specified timeframes will be disqualified.
Rebate vouchers will not be issued for appliances purchased before or after the rebate offer period of the SAVE program.

Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase may consist of the following elements:
1. Rebate voucher of the appliances received from purchaser.
2. A copy of Identification Card (IC)
3. A copy of purchase receipt or invoice.
4. A copy of the purchaser’s most recent utility bill.
