Ensure the implementation of development policies in the power industry, water and green technology effectively;

Ensure the provision of a comprehensive, integrated, high-standard, high-quality infrastructure;

To provide a conducive environment for industrial development and technology;

Accelerate continued research and development (R&D) to increase the use of technology;

Ensure a service delivery system that is efficient, effective and affordable;

Ensure that regulatory mechanisms are implemented in accordance with the provisions of existing legislation and,

Improve the ability of the organization on an ongoing basis to achieve the goals of industry and green technologies.
